When does custom software make sense compared with a ready-made product?
When the process is specific to your company, when you need to integrate several systems, or when a standard product would require too many workarounds. If a ready-made product covers the need well, we say so.
Web, desktop or mobile: how do you choose?
It depends on who uses the software and where: a browser for distributed users, a desktop application for workstations with devices or offline needs, a mobile app for people in the field. Often the answer is a combination sharing the same backend.
Who owns the result?
Ownership of code and data is defined in the contract before starting, so there are no doubts later.
Do you also handle maintenance?
Yes: after go-live we can follow corrective maintenance and the development of new features.
