This project consists of an innovative AI chatbot developed entirely with Flutter Web, specifically designed to be integrated as an embeddable component into any existing web application. The solution leverages Flutter's multi-view technology to provide a modern and responsive user experience while maintaining complete independence from the host context. The application presents itself as an intelligent virtual assistant with a WhatsApp-inspired interface, capable of handling text conversations, multimedia content, and voice interactions, all through a modular and highly customizable architecture.
Challenge
The company needed a centralized tool to integrate a conversational AI assistant across various existing web platforms without requiring substantial modifications to already implemented client architectures. It was essential to ensure zero-friction integration with immediate embedding capability without conflicts with existing CSS and JavaScript, enterprise customization with configurable branding and functionality for different clients, premium user experience through modern interface with advanced multimedia support, and complete security and isolation with safe HTML content rendering and secure communication management.
Solution
We developed a Flutter Web component with multi-view architecture that operates in complete isolation through iframe, communicating with the host application via postMessage API. The system features a modular architecture with clear separation between business logic, user interface, and communication services. An advanced configuration system provides support for customization via URL parameters or JavaScript configuration, while the modern conversational interface offers responsive design with support for text, HTML, audio, and file messages. Real-time backend integration enables direct communication with Azure services for AI processing, ensuring scalable and reliable performance across different deployment scenarios.
